RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling
Perform backup role for Reservation Coordinator position
Receive/retrieve out of scope forms from the field.
Escalate issues to the Implementation Coordinator and/or Project Manager.
Schedule & reschedule events with NCR field services & third party providers.
Escalate issues to the Implementation Coordinator and/or Project Manager.
Use standard processes and tools to ensure that each customer event is scheduled on time and complete to meet the customer's expectations.
Use approved rollout management tools, such as D-1, GLO, QuickBase, Access, and GPS which assist in measuring NCR's success in meeting customer expectations.
Solves routine problems and escalate as required.
Perform analysis on charge call
Assist where needed to perform deep dives into scheduling issues within team
Participate in regular meetings with team members to review status and to jointly resolve issues.
Establish and maintain communications with the project team, customer and field Management.
Collaborate with team members on continuous process improvement and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related education/experience
2 - 4 years of work related experience in project management/scheduling/customer service
Preferably advance knowledge in Excel and proficient in Microsoft Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good sense of urgency and Time Management Skills
